Scared to the memory of Johanna Keiley died march 1831 aged 33 and three of her children. This stone is erected by her son Leat Captain in the New Zealand VR. May they rest in peace

Additional information sourced. Johanna’s son was Michael Keiley who was a member of Auckland Volunteer rifles, city Company in New Zealand. Known to have been in the VR in 1859 - 1863. There is a Michael Keiley in 1853 who was a Tin & Cooper Smith, Shortland Street (Auckland NZ). Michael was involved in fight in August 1859 reported in The Daily Southern Cross news paper on Friday August 23rd 1859
